Oh Wow Ant!

I'm glad you are on the road to recovery and doing pretty well!

Be mindful of the PPI (known to cause MC) and the statin if you are having unwanted side effects. Thanks for the update and I'll be living vicariously through you imagining a Christmas in Scotland....very cool

Thanks Venessa,

You are right, also the AMIODARONE has aspirin, which is a NSAID. The Prednisolone may be masking any MC issues stimulated by the other drugs. I will know that when I taper off it.

What is the cup you are holding up?

Best, Ant

Ant,

That's quite a story. It surely demonstrates how one thing can lead to another and how little things can turn into major issues. But maybe the bronchitis was a lucky event because it led to the discovery of the restricted blood flow to the heart before it became more serious. At any rate, it's a good thing that you picked the right hospital. They obviously provide top quality care.

Thank you for sharing the details. After that series of close calls, it's great that your recovery is going so smoothly.

All my best,
Tex

Ant,

Sending positive wishes for a complete recovery. Take it easy, if you push yourself and overdo it, you'll be on the couch or back in bed the next two days. A little bit at a time and soon you'll be back up to speed.

Should you decide to travel, have a great time. Being surrounded by family may be the best medicine.

I can't take credit for that trophy....my hubby's Aussie rules football team won it. I was there for a roller derby game when they won their award, hence the ridiculous duds. That sure was a fun day though! I was so full of vitality and energy just 4 measly years ago. LOL! I'm sure glad that you are well and recovering....can't say it enough.

Dear PP,

I decided not to fly to the UK this week. I still get dizzy spells, although hopefully that will resolve as time continues. My strength is returning day by day.

Best wishes, Ant

P.S. Venessa I am sure you will get your vitality back in time.
