Yes, I actually did try Cholestyramine, but again, I had more bowel movements. I really don't know what's wrong with me - I can't seem to take any of these stomach meds without horrible side effects.
Today, the nausea was killing me at work. And the tenesmus has been unbearable. I'm so afraid that so much damage is being done to my gut and I feel like nothing is helpng.

I hope your doctors have given you a thorough check up. Up to 40 % of MCers have other autoimmune conditions as well. Due to your nausea I think at least your thyroid hormones and liver enzymes should be checked. But I’m no expert, except that I have been out a winter's day or two with my own autoimmunity.
