Thanks I don t eat dairy I'm eating sausages like salami. but I ate it even before! and I'm eating some biscuits with some chocolate! but never ever had symptoms of hives or large subcutaneous pimples! I read that potatoes stimulate or have histamine, even the eggs! (I do not eat) one thing as I said in the past is that I eat croissants for breakfast because I do not know what to eat at breakfast that does not swell and I weigh on my stomach! I would like to ask if the speech made by vegans or vegetarians is also valid for those with MCL or there is a risk of swelling and having more problems! (unfortunately I am swollen with simple foods without gluten as rice and corn)
The biscuits with chocolate are probably causing hives. Potatoes are not likely to cause hives or other histamine problems. The vegan diet will not work for this disease. The swelling is probably due to either gluten or poor digestion. Maybe digestive enzymes will help. Can you get the product known as GlutenEase in Italy?

if I bring a shopping bag I then hives in the hand if I put safety belt or scratch then on the point where it touches! I can not understand ? I went from subcutaneous pimples (still present) to this urticaria that seems to be rubbing pressure and so on! I can not understand what kind of power I have to do to be a little better I have eliminated the biscuits with chocolate pieces! but the situation does not change! and my diet is not different from months and months ago! so i wonder i got worse than gut or is it something else?
ps yesterday I did not eat any chocolate cookie but today I also have pimples on the cheeks (never had before in my life) can be sausages?

in the past I took digestive enzymes but they were herbs and I did not digest them were capsules with herbs! for gluten-free foods I do not know glutenEasy but I tried the foods that give people with celiac disease and swell me being made of rice and often corn! I wanted to try the vegan stipe but I swollen the vegetables let alone the fruit! but I realize that I am eating many things to have the body in Acidosis
Ares,
Yes, when you have histamine build-up, contact pressure or heat can cause a rash or hives. Here's why you are having this problem now:
The inflammation associated with microscopic colitis interferes with the ability of your body to produce normal amounts of many of the enzymes you need to digest food and to perform many other processes. One of the enzymes you need is known as diamine oxidase (DAO). Normally, DAO eliminates leftover or excess histamine. It purges the excess histamine from the body. But when DAO is insufficient, histamine tends to build up to excessive levels and causes urticaria, poor digestion, gas, bloating, and other problems.
Urtiaria is usually difficult to treat. Once urticaria begins, it can take many months to resolve. You have to avoid high-histamine foods, and any other things that cause you to react (such as that shopping bag). Usually, a dermatologist will prescribe four antihistamine doses per day (two taken each morning and two taken at bedtime), but it still takes several months to resolve the urticaria in many cases.

the magnesium will also help balance sugar levels which is linked to dairy and high sugar products mentioned previously.
the main thing- is time and patience. there is no quick fix, it takes time to reduce inflammation and for the body to heal.
the items above namely, stress, hormones, skin products, dairy and high glycemic foods things like your croissants and any other inflammation causing food items in your eating plan would be making these reactions worseThere are numerous possible causes why pimples develop, from oily skin to hormones. Some of the most common causes include:
- Hormones. Hormones directly influence how the skin reacts to external factors. This cause is commonly seen in adolescents. Teenagers and young adults may suffer from hormonal fluctuations, which may increase sebum production, trigger skin inflammation and cause bacteria responsible for acne to form.2
- Stress. An overload of stress hormones in the body can cause pimples by promoting skin damage and triggering inflammation.3
-Comedogenic skin products. A special type of acne may be caused by skin products that clog the pores and hair follicles. Some of the most common comedogenic ingredients in cosmetic products include various oils and fragrances.4
- Dry skin. While oily skin is usually the culprit when it comes to acne breakouts, dry skin can also aggravate your skin by keeping the sebum inside instead of on the skin surface. The sebum then clogs the pores and makes pimples appear.5
- Dairy and high-glycemic foods. Dairy and high-sugar products cause your blood sugar to spike, which triggers inflammation in your body. The insulin spike brought on by these food may cause hormonal fluctuations, which also triggers pimple formation.6

for now take high dose anti-histamine but long term fixing magnesium and P5P will help resolve the root cause of excess histamine in the body.magnesium glyncinate is safest option for the gut health, daily RDA for magnesium for females is 350mg per day active magnesium.
spread the dosage out through the day
Vit B6 - P5P is the best form (it is active bioavailable form) Thorne P5P is best option

months and months ago I went to a doctor for migraine and according to him the uncommon symptoms are thought to be caused by histamine! for me it was the first time I felt this cause! compared to the usual foods that cause migraines! and he told me about the DAO to try it! now I read that you recommend it to me too! but must they be requested (prepared) or are they in ready-made capsules? but it works? tell me I have to take antihistamines, but I read that they only serve to reduce the symptoms not to cure! I have taken fluranizina for too many years! (unfortunately for the headache with many side effects) I did not know that it had an antihistamine, in fact the dermatologist did not give me other antihistamines !! can reverse effect after years created this disorder? or is the lymphocyte microscopic colitis ??

you have asked alot of questions i will do my best to answer them
DAO may help - they are available off the shelf/online etc in some countries.
more so Dao treats symptoms not the root cause
there are others here that have achieved the same outcome.
sadly microscopic colitis once 'active' is in a sense, for life. BUT it doesnt have to be intense, impacting for life. with the right eating plan, lifestyle changes, nutrients, healing time etc you can attain a very good level of remission.

correct and antihistamines totally block all histamine. for healthy digestion we need small amount of histamine so treating root cause of the issue is best long term solutiontell me I have to take antihistamines, but I read that they only serve to reduce the symptoms not to cure
treating root cause has helped many people here. I have resolved 40 years of allergy /asthma issues that were at time chronic, via treating root cause. Reducing toxin load, fixing key nutrient imbalances.can reverse effect after years created this disorder?

as frequently discussed on this board, microscopic colitis is generally caused by a combination of elements, main ones being, genetics, medications, excess toxins, nutrient deficiencies,or is the lymphocyte microscopic colitis ??

Hi Ares,
Have you looked into Candida Albicans? I know that opportunistic pathogen can wreak havoc on us.....Drs can do a test on that one....
Because I have had my war with urticaria last Fall and my blood lab test came back really high for Candida Albicans I have embarked on a product called Nano silver biotic solution and I am working on slowly removing this from my body.....C. Albicans when it hits systemically can result in acne.
Also be sure you are getting proper VitD3 and Elemental Magnesium into your body daily too
I hope your croissants, and breads are Gluten free? If not this is one of the most important areas to stop eating as they contribute lots of sugars into the diet and that contributes to the pathogenetic yeast of C. Albicans.
Cheers
Erica
