So I've ordered the 32andme kit, and my enterolab kit. I'm searching for the magnesium. I found Drs best, but elemental? should it say that on the bottle? I found this:
Doctor's Best High Absorption Magnesium Glycinate Lysinate, 100% Chelated, Non-GMO, Vegan, Gluten Free, Soy Free, 100 mg, - how much do I take? is this the same? Sorry for all the questions!

Also a multi vitamin is sketchy at this time in the healing process as to many ingredients can upset the apple cart and you may not know what you might be reacting to. Entocort can help slow things down, it may even mask symptoms to foods that are actually working against you, but you will not know this until you start to wean off the entocort so it is really important to get to know your safe foods (a way to do this would be the Enterolab testing).

You will need to choose an Elemental Magnesium such as Drs Best or KAL Glycinate Magnesium because you will need a pure magnesium in order for it to work with your VitD3. This will start an important healing in the intestines that is needed as a basic foundation to moving forward.

The Cholestyramine you will need a Rx for, the S. boulardii no you do not, I get it online. I am trying the Biotics brand and it is nice and safe so far.

You can do this

That's the correct type. A good starting daily dose is 300–400 IU (3 to 4 Tablets), spaced out and taken with meals. (The RDA for women is 320 IU). Here's a link to Gabes' recovery guidelines:

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
