Ok, so I had the fact that I was having D for months. I chalked it up to a new migraine med I was on and stress. Then I developed hand trembling, pins and needles in my hands and feet, and (dum dum) hair loss...like a lot. Had to clean my drain halfway through my quick showers. My hairbrush looked like a weeks worth of hair in one brush.
Went to the doctor's and after blood work, every vitamin was depleted. I take vitamin d3 already, but the constant D didn't allow my body absorb ANY nutrients. The one she was concerned about the most was B12. It's super important for brain function. So, she set me up to get shots.
Looked up B12 deficiency when i got home and hair loss is a thing! It didn't happen right away (I'm only one my 2nd monthly shot) but it's definitely LESS! No more hand shaking, no circulatory issues. Awesome!
Try the supplements or ask your doctor about getting a general blood work panel.

I have to say that my hair is getting thicker. I am healing. I did not know that I can't take aspirin or Naproxen. My Spasmodic Torticollis is killing me. Finding a doctor is taking forever if I find one. I am hurting. Getting a colonoscopy has taken a year. I chalk it up to too many people in our country. Open borders is making things a disaster and dangerous. Won't get into politics, but y'all know where I'm going with this mindset. North America is not my country. What say y'all? Warm Regards, Dorothy
