I've been on a serious healing stint for the last 8 weeks....my explant has completely jostled my immune system and how my intestines respond to foods. I am having days of real stool bathroom trips like the OLD days....I am shocked beyond belief my implants were my culprit. My immune system has been on over drive for 16 years and I have finally found what has been making my intestines so ill. Lots of detoxing has/is taking place...I have energy like I was 30 again, and I thought I would never feel this good again. I still maintain VitD and Magnesium but have added potassium, Thornes basic B's and Ancestral natural iron Spleen.

Why I won't deliberately eat Gluten is because I learned that even though it isn't supposed to hurt me the scientific study and outcome from Dr. Fine results says our guts continue to be sensitive to gluten even after we heal. To know that I could potentially be hurting the lining of my intestines without any symptoms and potentially develop diverticulitis or some other form of intestinal distress is enough for me to leave it be.

If I eat it unbeknown to me it is in small enough amounts that I don't see any real huge effects....do I have a few off days you bet but they have random symptoms, yet I feel deep down it was probably gluten.

I can eat egg baked into things no problem now....a little bit of dairy hidden in something so reactions. On the fence about soy, but haven't missed it so don't intentionally prepare or eat it.

I am 4 years into healing.
