You're very welcome. I hope this does indeed resolve the problem.

All my best,

Update…after a few weeks of no legumes, I’m still experiencing the same issue.

Do you recommend any food sensitivity testing? I avoid basically everything that Enterolab tests for.
I know that in the past the food testing was not very reliable, but I can’t pinpoint why I’m having this issue again.
Obviously, there’s inflammation.

Has anyone had success with another food sensitivities test recently?

Thank you!
Linda :)

Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any food sensitivity testing that's more reliable than EnteroLab's. Maybe someone else will have some ideas on this.

Thanks, Tex!

Maybe I will just do a conference call with Dr. fine and see what he recommends.

He has a one day cleanse, that I’ve never tried, due to fear of upsetting the apple cart.
I have just never done well with probiotics, pre-biotics, supplements etc.… Don’t know if it’s a histamine issue, or a food issue, or a mold or fungus issue, or infection… But maybe Dr. fine can steer me in the right direction because my local docs are cookie cutter medical docs.

Will be in touch. :conversation:

You're right, in extraordinary situations, sometimes you have to think out of the box in order to resolve a problem. Sometimes a shock to the immune system will cause it to reprogram itself. I agree with you on probiotics — except in very rare cases, they usually not only do not provide any benefits, but they're typically counterproductive. That said, if you've tried everything else, without success, there's only one way to find out, for certain. If you decide to try his treatment, please let us know how it worked (or didn't work).

Hi Linda,

Have you spoken to your gastro again? Did you get a colonoscopy? Are you able to get a second opinion? Are you able to try Budesonide?

Kind Regards,
