If only one hundred milligrams caused that much change in your bowel consistency, oral magnesium doesn't appear to be a good option, at least not at this point. At least, that's my opinion, for what it's worth.

Alright, I agree. Seems it would be better for me to stick with topicals for now. :shrug:
