When can I start to tolerate veggies and fruits

Dee,

I can guarantee that the list you posted, (about eating habits, etc.), is right on the money. Before I started reacting to gluten, that list applied to me, and I never had a weight problem. After I began to get really sick, my sleep pattern became so distorted that sometimes I didn't sleep at all, at night, and I napped during the day, when I couldn't go any farther.

After several years of that, my sleep habits were permanently distorted, and now, (even though my gut began to heal 3 to 4 years ago, I still sleep only an average of 4 to 5 hours per night, and can't seem to change that, no matter what I do. As I settled into this pattern, everything else on that list also flip-flopped for me, and now I gain weight easily, and have to watch it.

IOW, I used to be just like you, and now I am just the opposite. I really think that sleep is the key that regulates all of those other items on your list. At least that seems to be what happened to me.
