Please don't hate the poor Heron. He was only doing what nature intended for it to do and I'm sure your pond looks like a divine "fast food joint" to him. :grin: In fact it may have been a "her" feeding little herons, which I'm sure you are thrilled to hear. :grin:

Y'all have rendered me positively (there, I squeezed one out) speechless!!! I have a pretentious predelection for pondering the poetic productions of you guys. It doesn't make much sense, but it sounds ok if you read it out loud.
