You're quite correct, as far as gluten is concerned. I have never intentionally ingested even the tiniest speck of gluten, since the day I started the diet on August 28, 2002. At first, I thought I was a celiac, and I just couldn't figure out why I was intolerant to all those other foods, so I kept thinking that I would soon be "over it", and I should be able to eat anything but gluten. :lol: Obviously, I was wrong.
