Hello Janie,

Dr. Kathleen R Martin recommends that MC patients read my MC book, so I'm guessing that she recognizes the benefits of the diet for treating MC. Here's a link to a website: I'm not sure if it is up to date. She might also have affiliations with other hospitals in the area.
