Polly--

I lost my uncle and a dear friend to pancreatic cancer. I am so sorry about the stress you are feeling about your husband and your son. At least your son will get to spend some time with his uncle. I wish I could have had more time with mine. Please take care of yourself.

Love,

Mags

Polly, may I add my thoughts and prayers to all the others. You are a wonderful compassionate, loving person and you always give so much. May God bless you through this difficult experience and give you the strength to do all you feel you need to do. Love JoAnn

Polly, I'm so sorry about your brother. You're wonderful to take him in during his illness. I think you'll find your blessings from this kind act much outweigh any inconvenience it may cause you and your family. Try to meditate when you're stressed...it brings peace and calmness. My CC first manifested itself two days after my father's death 6 years ago, so I know about emotional pain affecting the gut! Meditation brought me through it. I'll pray for your brother.

Dear Polly,

So sorry to read your sad news. I have no doubt that you're doing the right thing by inviting your brother into your home during this very difficult time. It is surely a decision you'll never regret. Perhaps this will turn out to be a positive growing experience for your son, rather than a stressful one. It sounds like Scott is a wonderful partner, who is willing to put yours and your brother's welfare above his own for now. You and your family will be in my thoughts - sending lots of positive energy your way.

Love and hugs,
Kari
