Glad to hear it was a false alarm but sorry about your sore bones. I am keeping my chiropractor in business these days. He is an old fashioned one and no matter what part of me I have managed to damage, he makes it feel better. If I get to him as soon as I have hurt myself, the healing process is much quicker.
Now that I'm living alone, I have to tell myself to slow down on the stairs and steps and watch where I'm going and stay off the ladder. If I fall, I'll be a poster child for that pitiful old woman laying on the floor yelling," I've fallen and I can't get up".

I'm just glad that I'm still ambulatory. Bunged up ribs heal a lot faster than broken backs, hips, or skulls. So I'm not complaining, because it could have been a heck of a lot worse.
