Sharon,

The walnut crackers look good!

I use chia or flax eggs as a substitute in some recipes. Mostly I look for eggless recipes. Elanas Pantry has some under the special diet tab.

After several month of being gf, sf, ef, & df, as well as removing 2+ & 3+ foods from Enterolab, I was still having trouble fine tuning my diet. I did a blood test called MRTLeap. It helped me discover that I had sensitivities to hops (which is in the hemp family, and I was making hemp protein smoothies for breakfast), and salicylic acid which is in cosmetics and some foods, too. Once I removed those irritants, I started getting better slowly, instead of being stagnant with my progress. You may want to consider the MRT testing in a few months, if you plateau in your progesss after eliminating the foods from the Enterolab testing. The Enterolab testing is superior and people have found remission without the MRT, but in my case (and some others, like Polly) we needed a bit more help finding the missing pieces to the puzzle.

Please don't apologize for asking too many questions! That's why we are here!
