Hugs from me, too, Lesley. :bigbighug: :bigbighug:

I'm sorry that things continue to be so rough for you. We need a magic wand to make everything better.

Love,
Martha

Polly, Gabes, Sheila,Jean -I used to do yoga for many years. With my physical problems the type of yoga I used to do is impossible now. I found the actual DOING of Iyangar yoga was my meditation. I couldn't concentrate wholly on my body, on the smallest of muscles without clearing my mind of anything else. The "relaxation" at the end was where the thoughts came flooding back and I had to fight to let them float away.
It is fascinating stuff. I need to try again, though the word "try" in this context spells failure. It's something you need to just DO.
I need to try the tapes and books again.

Heady - the not drinking during meals is something I do naturally because I was brought up that way.
Pat - I tried biotene. It tasted disgusting, and after chewing the gum I had a major flare, so I gave it up.
Jean - that's why this site is so wonderful. The people here saved my life. I am convinced of it.
Martha - you are, as usual, a love!
