Well that would explain it from our Danish ancestry which isn't to far down my genetic ladder with my family. My Great grandmother migrated from Denmark in 1910 (it doesn't help that my GG had 8 kids with her HALF Brother after he migrated from Denmark too....that part haunts me often since that would make him my Great Grandfather and Great Uncle, but apparently that is something that happened in those days..Eww), then there are those from England ....Hoo Boy! I had no clue there was grain sensitivity from those countries.

No wonder my insides are all messed up!!! :cry:

The high prevalence in the Nordic countries is a puzzle. It would be easy to conclude that some of the cause could be lack of sunshine (vitamin D), but that only explains a little bit of the fact.
