Hi all,

Sorry for my post in Dutch. It was really so nice to communicate in my own language about my MC, but it was thoughtless and will not happen again.

The problem with most English first language speakers is so many peoples of the world speak and write our language and we have become spoilt.

I never thought of looking for sheep cheese in my supermarket. I'll order from Holland if I don't but I suspect there is already a supplier in the UK.

Prior to MC, as I was avoiding lactose, i would use Sheeps Milk Fetta.
the other great tasting option is buffalo bocconcini.... yum yum

I have never seen sheep cheese made in this country, but they make some excellent goat cheese. Here is a list of sheep cheese you should be able to find in the UK:

But as many people on this site say, be careful of the casein.
