I would like to report that i have modified my diet to ham....Inspirations Brand bought at Food Lion, says it's naturally gluten free, and it's already sliced up so that's cool.....and boiled yellow squash, very tender with a little salt, pepper, and a little lactose free butter. That's what i've eaten for lunch and supper for 6 days straight. For breakfast, rice crispies w/almond milk. So far, fingers crossed, i've not had diarrhea one time in a whole week!!!!! I am in shock and disbelief. I am hoping this in not a coincidence.....and that it will continue. I have had some chicken, some steak, and some baked potato when we went out to eat twice this week at supper time. I bought all gluten free snacks to eat, which i've not even opened them yet. Oh and i had some sweet potato chips last night. No problems at all. Not even any discomfort in my stomach. No cramps after eating, nothing. I am caustiously hopeful about this. I love ham and squash, so i will not get tired of it for a good while i don't think. I don't know what to think or feel, but right now it feels so good to not have to run crap my brains out after taking a bite of food!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
