Yes, I would if this type of testing is something you want done.

About the covered under insurance, under mine it was, but mine seems to be very good at covering things that most will not. So I'd send the codes off to insurance to see if it's covered, both the test code and the diagnosis code are needed for them to determine whether it's covered or not.
