
Thanks Terry, I don't know why I didn't think about cooking my rice in my steamer with coconut milk...that would taste really good! I have been cooking with a good brand of olive oil, but I have lots of coconut cooking oil too, so will keep alternating them.
I am going to try my hand at bone broth this weekend, have never made it before, it sounds super simple to make too. Which ingredients would be best to stick with right now, it sounds like you can make broth with many things. I was thinking about using either a chicken or turkey bones,(I'll buy a whole poultry then I'll have meat for a couple days) can't use beef right now, and putting in celery and carrots for a little flavor with a hint of black pepper an salt or maybe just salt. I will probably need to freeze some of it, I imagine it makes quite a bit. What works best to contain this in the freezer?
I have gone just over 12 hours without having a BM...not sure if that is good or bad at this point. I've been eating at least 3 good meals during the day, maybe my gut is having a good day


So far I am not going to take any meds...just gonna tough it out. Might not get to go anywhere this Summer but that is the breaks with this issue. I told my husband, watch out one of these days I'm gonna be a popcorn fart again!
I hope you are doing much better this Spring Terry, there are times I can't believe just how self healing people have to be with this stuff, I would never had known what I should be doing at this point if I wasn't apart of this wonderful community of MCer's.
