Hi Gabes- Paris is the best place to see!I's a very walkable city. France is wonderful. You'll love it!

Hi Gabes,

What a wonderful opportunity for you! I think you'll love France, though they are a bit snooty about the language. I can't imagine going there and not being able to eat the pastries. :sad:

I would issue one caution about rice in a restaurant. Remember to ask if they add butter to it. I went to a Greek restaurant last week and was told they they used butter in their rice. We ended up ordering takeout for DH and went back home to eat. If you can eat butter, this obviously won't be a problem for you.

Have a great time! You're going at the best time of year.

unfortunately i wont get to go to Paris, :sad: our office is in the South of France
regardless being part of this project, and going to our head office is still pretty exciting.

Gloria - i have used Ants template and have my dietary instructions clearly outlined in french (and in french grammar.)
