FODMAP Question for Tex and others
Hi Tex, I haven't posted much, but I usually read everyday. There was a thread about FODMAP diet and I can't seem to find it. Could you steer me to the place where that discussion took place. Again, thanks for all your help. JoAnn
Hi JoAnn,
This is probably the one you are interested in:

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
Hi Tex, thanks for the speedy response. I'm still hanging in there with Entocort, but I'm trying to figure out the best foods for me as I taper off after August. I want to learn more about the FODMAP diet and also need to ask the Paleos what they eat when they first start out. I can't have eggs and I know there are some fruits and vegetables that are difficult until more healing takes place. I'm just curious what a typical Paleo day is if you can't have eggs and need to restrict fruit. I guess that's a post for another topic. I'll do some reading and get back. Thanks, you are a wonder! JoAnn
JoAnn,
If you'll post your questions about the paleo diet in the forum linked to below, I'm sure one of the "cave people" there will be able to get you started on the right foot.
