I'm writing this one post instead of responding to the others because I just got back from another day trip to the beach to visit MIL, and I'm about ready to hit the sack.
Christine - sorry to hear about your gluten reaction. Sounds awful. I hope the worst of the pain is gone. The same thing happened to me early in the diet - it never occurred to me that corn tortillas would also contain wheat flour. Land mines are EVERYWHERE, unfortunately.
