Hi,
It's been a good long while since I checked in with everyone. I sincerely hope everyone is doing well and are keeping that flu bug at bay.

Most days I am sill knocking on wood in that my CC rarely raises it's ugly head. Every six weeks or so I get a "hint" of things to come if I don't follow up quickly with meds and a diet check. Nothing full-blown in over 5 months now (yea).

Nothing real exciting to report, other than blowing my knee out 2 months ago. Tore my ACL while pretending I was 20 ~ Glory days! I am however EXTREMELY grateful that no flare ups were a part of that recovery. I simply would never have made it in time.

Cheers everyone!

Hi Kat,

It's good to see an update from you, and I'm glad to see that things are going so well, (other than the knee issue, of course).

Cartwheels?  :???: I wish I even had that kind of ambition.
