I hope everyone has a good weekend

Post by Bobbie »

I am so glad it's Saturday, next two days off from work, my son Jack has gone fishing for the weekend he has been there since Friday evening and still has,nt caught a thing, not even an old boot, so when i got home i thought as it is so hot i would go and lay out in the garden, but then i got a bit hungry so i came in for a snack, when i went back out,my german shepard Sheba had decided she did,nt want me to lay and sun bathe so she had ripped my sun lounger to bit,s and there was bits of foam all over the garden  which took me about an hour to clear up. Hopefully it is nice and sunny tomorrow because i have decided to have a barbecue and if Sheba is not careful she might be the main corse  Well i have just got in from taking Sheba for a walk and its time for bath and bed so i will say good night and god bless.

Love Bobbie.

Hi Bobbie,

Sometimes it's hard to win, isn't it. It sounds like today may have just been a day when fish and dogs refuse to co-operate with people. LOL.

Hopefully, tomorrow will be a more enjoyable day.

Hi Bobbie,

Sounds like Sheba is very spoiled LOL!!
The barbeque sounds like a good idea - did you already do it?

I have a rack of baby back ribs in the oven and plan to serve it with a salad and some rice or pasta for those who are not GF (just my kids, a boy for sleep over, and my husband and I).

Have a continued good week end!

Love,
Karen

Sheba sounds alot like my Buckmaster...he so loves the trash. And I forgot to pick it up yesterday...so by 3:30 pm when Mike came home the trash was everywhere. Maybe Sheba was bored. LOL Love Oma

Hi Bobbie,

Sorry, but I just had to laugh when I read your post. I could picture Sheba having the time of her life! She was probably chewing away furiously, all the while thinking to herself "gotta hurry and finish before mom gets back"! LOL! My golden retriever has been chewing any socks that he can find lately. Each one has one big hole in it.

Enjoy your barbecue. Do you say "barbie" like the Aussies do??? :chef2: :hungry:

Love,

Polly
