Hi All,

In case you're interested, and you missed it when it was on tv, here's the video, where Ming Tsai discusses recipes for kids with allergies. The first item, for example, was soy-free, (but not wheat-free). The rice milk, and Tempt ice cream are featured near the end of the clip:

Thanks for the link, Tex. He mentioned that one of the flags for allergies is eczema. Each of my daughters has a daughter with eczema. Do you think that eczema is a portender of allergies?

Yes, I think it's a symptom of autoimmune issues.
