Rice Chex Payday Bars
"What the heart gives away is never gone ... It is kept in the hearts of others."
THANKS, DEE
YUM.
BTW, when I made the Rice Crispie Treats (Erewhon cereal), I just melted the marshmallows with a little bit of water in the microwave and stirred in the cereal and sometimes peanut butter. Of course, that was before the soy free margarine. I think I would still do it to save calories.
DH just asked me the other day if I had an intolerance to marshmallows because I hadn't had them in a long time. I said no and that I just was trying not to eat so many calories. (A foreign idea to him.)
