Potato & Meat Stuffing

1 lb ground chuck
1 lb ground pork (sweet Itailian sausage works well)
1 good size onion, diced
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons Bell's seasoning (Or to your liking)
6-8 good sized potatoes

Peel and boil potatoes.
Brown and cook meats and onion together.
Drain the fat off.
Drain and mash cooked potatoes
Blend cooked meat mixture together with the potatoes
Add salt, pepper and bell's seasoning to taste.
May be eaten as is or used as stuffing.

Good with turkey or chicken gravy.
