That's a good article. I wouldn't be surprised if collagenous sprue were found to be another form of collagenous colitis, some day, (IOW, MC), but I have a hunch that their suggestion that the lack of the presence of celiac genetics, preempts the need for a GF diet, will eventually be shown to be totally incorrect. Instead, research will prove that victims of collagenous sprue have additional food intolerances, (IOW, in addition to gluten).

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
