Amazon.com has hundreds of gluten free products. I live near a large city with several stores that carry gluten free items, but not everyone does. And the prices on Amazon beat what I pay locally. A lot of the items qualify for free shipping, so give it a look see.
Just baked my first loaf of glutten free bread. It looks crooked and lumpy- but will hopefully taste okay. The snow kept me in all weekend, so I have prepared and frozen about 20 meals for later use! I guess I can live with this. Just have to be a little more organized, and plan ahead.
