This is written by Dr. Joseph Mercola, who contributes on HuffPo. I actually looked into using alpha lipoic acid, as well as LDN when I was first researching MC after my dx. The glutamine regimen I've used has been very successful for me, so I don't see a need to try this, but it might help others here who are still trying to find their way w/o steroids.
