Hi All,
My response to this report is: So what! Weight gain is probably the least of your worries, if you choose to eat MSG. MSG crosses the blood/brain barrier, to cause migraines, peripheral neuropathy, changes to the chemistry of the brain, and no telling what else, that hasn't been investigated yet, for many people, (and I'm writing from personal experience, here).
Besides, if you eat enough of it, the resulting worry, about all the neurological issues that you are at risk of, should be enough to cause you to lose weight, let alone gain any. LOL.

Chinese Study Shows That MSG Does Not Cause Weight Gain
It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
