A List Of Foods That Can Reduce Bone Loss

Please omit any items on this list to which you are intolerant, because many of us cannot tolerant some of these foods until after our gut has at least partially healed from the damage caused by the inflammation due to MC.

- onion
- grapes with skin (red wine)
- figs
- green tea
- turmeric (curcumin/Indian curry)
- lycopene
- purplish lettuce
- citrus fruits, e.g. orange, grapefruit, lemon, lime, (only consume these if you can tolerate them, and start with a small amount first - the beneficial bioflavonoids are mostly trapped in the white fibrous tissue of the citrus fruits)
