Joan, I do love (and miss) pizza, and had never thought of making it without cheese. I am going to try that!
Yes, Gabes, now I remember you writing about your savoury muffins. And now I think I understand why all your coworkers mouthes water when you heat them! I am going to have to try to make savoury ones too. I am off on another two day ( course) on Monday and Tuesday and am just dreading it, food wise. I am just starting to get better!!! Maybe I'll make some of those and just live on them
Maggie, I agree homemade are much better. We have a local company that makes GF stuff ( and Maggie is her and her company's name!) and while I was grateful to be able to buy some, her muffins were so dry ( bread and cereal are great though!)_
MJayn, I used a bought flour mix for the muffins, too, and if they are any indication , I think I'll stick to a mix of flours. I haven't bought all the ingredients to mix my own yet, but I have gotten some of them.
I know I said I don't like cooking but I have always loved to bake and still do. I actually trained as baker in my younger years.
