Mikey, are you feeling any better?

Post by Polly »

Hi Mikey!

Just wondering if you are feeling any better today? I'll bet it was something you ate. I went over to check your fitness food journal but didn't see anything listed. If you feel like listing what you've been eating, we can all take a look and see if any possible triggers pop out at us. What are you doing about the supplements? (Shhh, I promise not to tell Karen if you are still taking them. LOL!)

I hope you are able to enjoy the holiday weekend.

Love,

Polly

Still not feeling good today, been taking pepto the last couple of days and not feeling much better.

I keep the foods up on fitday, I have a link in my signature below. You can go to previous days as I haven't entered today yet.

The only supps are vitamins and fish oil caps. I'm thinking of taking some glutamine again though, maybe that helped.

Looks like I'm going to be around home for the weekend. Which isn't too bad I suppose.

Hi Mike,

I'm so sorry, I know you're gf, and low carb. Are you also SF? Since I've been reading about what it's going to take to be 100% soyfree, I've found that vit E is not only glutenous but soy-ish. . . . Now I suspect multiple reasons why it doesn't agree with me. Just wondered about you, too.

Regards, Marsha

P.S. I just sent a empathetic and long message to you. Well, ok it went to Tessa, but it's still sincere! She may figure out a way to forward it to you. If not, I'm thinking about you. Our profiles are so similar (LC, low carb, dairyfree, onset similar, duration similar) that I sort of feel a long distance brotherhood. siblinghood. whatever. So, tell your wife hi for me. My husband is a saint, I'm sure she is too.
