Carla, and Anyone Having Fibrosis Problems (Cysts) ...

Post by tex »

If you haven't already considered it, there is a lot of information available on ways to help prevent breast fibrocysts and also uterine fibroid tumors, (myoma), based on dietary restrictions, and many other considerations, such as consmetics, environmental contaminants, etc. I accidentally came across the following site while searching for something else, but it dawned on me that you might find it helpful.

http://www.energeticnutrition.com/vital ... nebal.html

Here is a quote from the site listing some of the things to avoid, (there are many others described on the site).

<<
# Avoid Coffee, Decaffeinated Coffee, and Beer
# Avoid Sunflower Seeds, Red Clover Tea, Camomille Tea, Alfalfa Sprouts, Queen Anne's lace (wild carrot), Pomegranate, Fennel,Licorice, Red Clover, Yucca, Hops (Beer) and Motherwort.
# Avoid Phytoestrogens that block and interfere with the action of Natural Progesterone: Bloodroot, Ocotillo, Mandrake, Oregano, Damiana, Pennyroyal, Verbenna, Nutmeg, Tumeric, Yucca, Thyme, Calamus rt., Red Clover, Goldenseal, Licorice, Mistletoe, Cumin, Fennel, Camomille, Cloves.
# No Sunflower Oil and No Cotton Seed
# No Soy
>>

I hope this is of some benefit.

Love,
Tex

Good information Tex.

I am still convinced and so is my doctor that verbenna and blood root made my tumor grow at a very accelerated pace. I no longer take any of these.

Thank you so much ! I had my appt yesterday with my gyno ~ this is our plan :

Avoid caffeine, chocolate, nuts, etc., for three weeks, I have a follow up appt then, if the cyst is gone, then we are assuming I have fibrocystic breast disease, if it is still there, then we are going to surgically remove it and go from there. I had a screening mammo in Jan which was fine.

My gyno seems to think that it is probably not fibrocystic breast disease since it has been just on the one side, but he says with this "test" we will know for sure, and regardless of the result, I won't have to have my boob stuck with a needle constantly ! (that is a plus in my book !)

Hey, by the way, is that your picture as your avatar ? Very handsome  you are !

Off to check out the site you listed !

About coffee...

I used to be like that, but now, the bean just does one lap across the hot water in the mug, and that's it..colored water!

I think my body gets fooled by the hot water now, mostly cause I'm semi-conscious at the time. Otherwise, it doesn't know the difference.

Yours, Luce
