Just click on the line that says
"Message Board" and voila, you will be right there with everyone else. Click on the upper left rectangular box that says "locked" in order to post. You should be in business. Of course you have to log in first just like you did in order to write this post.

P.S. Matthew has trouble getting to the "message board" too - he says he thinks it is because his browser is old.
