A new Paleo Diet recipe book

Post by Polly »

by Dr. Cordain (of "Paleo Diet" book fame) will be coming out in mid-December. It can be pre-ordered at amazon. I imagine the recipes will be pretty "basic" but at least the book should have lots of meal/snack suggestions for those who wish to eat paleo.

Love,

Polly

Polly,

I'm sure there are a lot of people who will want that book.

Thanks for the heads-up.

Thanks Polly.

I just might be ordering it since I am pretty much on that track right now and probably need it to get fully there.

Love, Maggie

If you do a little searching on the internet you can find many blogs with paleo recipes. The hard core paleo people offer recipes for such things as calves hearts, elk etc . . .Ewww. I eat mostly paleo and have no trouble finding lots of great recipes that fit the paleo diet on such sites as Cooking Light, Epicurious and Food Network. You might need to search a little more but there really are a zillion different recipes out there for paleo menu planning.

I'll take a peek at Dr. Cordain's book when I'm at Barnes and Noble - thanks for the tip Polly.
