Vanilla (or Almond) Pudding

Post by Gloria »

Vanilla or Almond Pudding
¼ cup sugar
3 Tablespoons cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon salt
2½ cups creamy DF milk
1½ extract (vanilla or almond)

Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt; blend in 2-3 tablespoons milk until lumps are gone. Add remaining milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil one minute. Remove from heat. Blend in extract. Pour into 5- 4 oz. custard cups.
You never know what you can do until you have to do it.
