1 1/4 cups sunflower seeds
3/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 tsp whole black peppercorns
3 cloves garlic
1 3/4 tsp sea salt
Place all ingredients in a food processor and slowly start pulsing, using a spatula to push it down into the blades while mixing. Then you can turn your food processor to high and mix until smooth. You may need to add a little water so it blends more easily if you haven't soaked the seeds. Blend until you get a super smooth texture.
