Whole Foods bummer....

Post by CAMary »

I went this evening hoping to check out their newest line of GF bakery items, many of which I saw (but did not purchase) while on vacation in MN. Apparently the bakery is in NC and their distribution is limited - the website lists the states where they can be purchased, and mine is not on there

No wonder the guy at the info desk looked at me like I had 2 heads - he had no clue such a line exists  I filled out a customer comment form requesting they look into carrying the products - I also sent an email to corporate promising plenty of excellent word-of-mouth PR if they would PLEASE carry the items out here....I was drooling over a chocolate raspberry poundcake in St. Paul.....I want it

I'll let you know if I hear back from them...

Hi CA Mary!

How disappointing! I know that stores like WF and Trader Joe's often have different products available on either half of the country. I remember trying to find a T.J. product and was told it's only on the west cost. I'll bet your request will be taken seriously - keep bugging them! Meanwhile I'll keep my fingers crossed. :xfingers:

Love,

Polly
