Recipes Using Coconut Flour As The Only Flour In The Mix

Post by tex »

Hi All,

If you're already aware of this source, I apologize for wasting your time. The site at the following link contains recipes for just about any baked item that you can imagine, using coconut flour only. Unfortunately, the recipes are all loaded with eggs, but if you can tolerate eggs, and you like coconut flour, this site should make you smile. There are recipes for bread, muffins, cakes, pancakes, cookies, crackers, brownies - even meat loaf:

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Tex, thanks for the tip. I will happily now look into this, since I have now discovered that I am OK with pure coconut and eggs too! YUM.

Love,

Polly

I WISH I could use these! Maybe egg substitute will work? I can but try!

Thanks, Tex! I had forgotten about this site because coconut flour is so expensive. But I found it in bulk today at a new store for about half what I have paid for it in the past.
