Thank you sooo much for posting all this information on ingredients that have soy and dairy products in them. I have done a lot of research on gf, but had no idea where to begin with going completely soy and dairy free for my daughter and I never knew that there were so many hidden things to look for! Recently she has been complaining that her stomach hurts a lot and she also complains that her legs hurt and that she is tired. It has been hard to know exactly what is going on because she is too young to explain everything. I just ordered the GFCFSF guidebook, which I am very excited for and am making a list of foods to get and recipes to try. I hope to start her new diet this weekend. Any ideas for good lunchbox foods would be greatly appreciated, as I have such a hard time finding things she will eat and she gets sick of the same foods. Thanks!

Here are some ideas of what I send for my son:

Sandwich on gluten free bread (ham, turkey, nut butter and jam, egg salad)
Gluten free crackers and pepperoni or crackers and packet of Justin's nut butter
Gluten free cereal, banana, coconut milk beverage (comes in brick packs now)
Hot items in a thermos . . . hot dogs, soup, left over stir fry and rice, pasta with meat sauce
Sometimes I drop off lunch for him . . . GF chicken nuggets and tater tots
Other things I send, fresh fruit, fruit cups, OJ, cookies, a piece of candy (there are many GF/DF/SF candies), potato chips

FYI, Amy's makes a GF/DF/SF macaroni and cheese and also a GF/DF/SF mini pizza. Other things you can buy are Lara Bars and Kind Bars.
