Caught one

Post by Momster »

Hi All:

Just a quick note to let you know I'm back and only caught one trout, but he was a nice one. We froze it so we could bring it back to share with our granddaughter, Sara, who loves fish. I'm not much of a fish eater ( prefer shellfish) - I like to catch them, but John cleans and eats them.

We had a wonderful trip and found some old tunnels to explore. They were for a railway line, but closed due to problems with bad weather and rock slides. Very interesting - I'll see if I can do a link like my smart daughter - nope, can't do it. They're called Othello Tunnels and you can find them on the web.

We had lots of time to rest and, aside from all the packing and unpacking, had a restful three days.

Anyway, I'll talk to you all soon and will catch up on the posts tomorrow.

Love - Momster :fishing: [/img]

Trying Again

I'll try once more with the link:

Let's see if this works - they are really neat and I was able to get there from our campsite on my scooter, so that made it possible for me to visit them.
