Is Benadryl safe?

Is Benadryl safe?

I avoid dairy, but not soy or gluten. Is Benadryl safe to take with MC?

Hi Mac123 I am fairly sure benadryl is safe. Have you tried eating GF and SF?

Benadryl doesn't contain any dairy derivatives that I'm aware of, and diphenhydramine, (the active ingredient in Benadryl), is not a known trigger for MC.
