I'm so happy to have found this site!

Post by Terbear624 »

Hello, I'm new to this forum - but I'm soooooooo happy I found it. I was looking up information regarding imodium and the lack of availability - and I found this page! I have microscopic colitis and to know I'm not totally alone (I knew I wasn't) but to have found a place where people KNOW exactly what I'm going through - Thank you - Thank you!

I hope I go back into remission soon - and will be reading what you all have to say - hoping that I will find something that helps!

Have a great day everyone! :pulsinghearts:

Hi Ter,

Welcome to our internet family. I hope that you can find the information here, that you are seeking.

Good luck with your treatment program, and please feel free to ask anything.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

And at the beginning of what I hope will be my healing process.

I am one of the people with alternate constipation and diarrhea. I going through a terrible 2 weeks, and have been so encouraged by the people on his board. I see many have actually healed themselves and have very high hopes I can too.

:welcome: I remember the feeling I got when I found this website. We truly are an ever growing family. Tex is an amazing "Daddy"! His k knowledge is immeasurable. There aren't many, if any at all, questions to which he doesn't know the answer.

I'm sorry we had to meet under these circumstances, but welcome to our family!

Hugs,
Denise

Thank you all so much for making me feel welcome - I'm really touched. I agree I'm sorry we are "meeting" under these circumstances - but the relief in finding people who KNOW exactly what I am going through it's almost overwhelming. I know I will be reading everything everyone has posted - looking forward to finding a "remission trigger".

Once again thank you! :banana2:
