Hi Joanna!
Just wanted to warn you that you may be disappointed in Against the Grain at this point. It addresses strictly the GF diet and appropriate grains for substitutions. Your diet has evolved far beyond that, I think, from what you have said. It IS a funny and informative book - but may be a little elementary for you now.
Love,
Polly

Hi Polly,
Thanks for the warning, so I won't be disapointed. I have seen you reccomend this book in the past and was just curious about it more than anything. I'm so close to being grain free and just wanted to do some reading about it.
I've had The Paleo Diet book for awhile and had never REALLY sat down and read it until just recently. It's geared to weight loss for sure- I'm a testimony to that. Yippee!
Just curious Polly, why, at this juncture in your diet did you decide to try Paleo and how is it going for you?
Love,
Joanna
