Discouraging news... Any ideas?

I just tried to order tests from Enterlab and at the end a message popped up - it seems New York State and Marland will not allow residents to order their own clinical lab tests... I have already seen 3 GI docs here and have little hope they will be willing to order. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can't believe there is yet one more road block.

I don't live in NY or MD but surely you can use the address of someone outside of there that you trust with your credit card info. Call Enterolab and ask, you are no doubt not the first person who has had this problem. I'm sure others will answer, hang in there Judy. you'll figure it out.

Wow. That is such a kind offer. I called Enterolab and spoke with someone there. It is not a question of having a physician's order. They simply can not provide their service to someone in NY or MD because they can't send or receive anything to or from either state. She definitely implied that I can do it by having my kit sent to a friend in NJ. That will have to be the plan.
