We had a wonderful time at our cookout today. The weather was a bit chilly but sunny most of the day. Enjoyed time with my two sisters and their families.
Here is my menu eaten today which resulted in extreme pains in my lower left side and explosive D within 1 hour of eating:
1 hamburger - no bun
1 hot dog - no bun
raw veggies - green peppers, green onion, cucumber
spoonful of ranch dressing for the veggies
backed beans with hamb, catsup, onion
potato salad with mayo, salt/pepper, relish, mustard
Lays chips
I came home a took a 3 hour nap and felt better when I woke up but still didn't want to eat dinner. I made myself eat some leftover snap beans with potato and ham (Yummy!)
Don't know what's going on here. Aching and fatigued again too.
Wish I knew "whasss up"? Tired of feeling sick and tired.

I am trying so hard with this diet and trying to eat more often in smaller quantities but seem to be no better after a week and a half. Actually, some of the old problems seem to be returning.
Anyone with some insight or suggestions would be most welcome!

Tomorrow I am planning on having BBQ spareribs on the grill. Hopefully they will settle ok. Been waiting on them all weekend!
